Close to airport, around 20 minute walk, or a short shuttle arranged by the hotel. Rooms good with fridge, tv, and balcony.

I found the room to be spacious and clean, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and effective air conditioning. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, being close to the airport.

Between the knowledge of the entire staff no section of Bangkok was impossible to locate which was a real plus considering my lack of mastering the Thai language when speaking to some of the Taxi Cabbies.... The Wifi was equally proper and again, of great comfort to a traveler all 24 hours a day. Not to mention, all the ammenities being obviously clean and in a starch white room only added to the reassurance I was in an exceptionally clean room no matter whom I wondered might have occupied the room prior.... and in a now global society, such could have been (YUCK) anybody of questionable hygenine. !!! Kudos !!! to.the entire staff for their day in day out effort and service. EXCEPTIONAL

The property is very clean and complete with what you need for your stay. Good hot showers, toiletries, and room is very clean. Note when booking a room ask where it is accessible by lifts (better ground floor if heavy baggages) as some rooms arent, though staff help you carry them up to the lift area. The building where we stayed at was a separate building from where the lobby is, maybe a minute walk. Lots of shops/market around the hotel. It is also close to the airport. They provide a shuttle service that departs every hour (small charge 40B) which takes you there in 10-15min depending on traffic. They also have small coffee/tea facility at the lobby. Overall, good value.

The location was nice, it was in a residential area away from the main road so quiet. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and helped book us a taxi to the don mueng airport

The staff is very nice and helpful! They carried my back to and from the room! I booked a small room but they upgraded me to a bigger one, if was in another building just next to the reception. Thank you! 7/11 and food market just at the end of the street!

The best thing about the hotel was the staff, who went out of their way to help me with arranging a boat tour and taxi’s. I had prepaid a tour with Viator, but they failed to notify the YTS Holiday tour operator, as promised, when my planes were delayed on Turkish airlines, thus I lost out on my pre-paid tour. The hotel staff saved the day by helping me safely see some of Bangkok with taxi and a boat tour. They then arranged a taxi to get me to DMK, on time, the next morning, to meet my son for a flight to Chumphon. They also told me how much it would be to pay the taxi’s and helped when my phone got lost. They should all get a raise for doing such a nice job in every way!
